Susquehanna County Housing Authority is always looking for new landlords.  The success of the Section 8 Voucher Program depends on the Susquehanna County Housing Authority  being able to work with rental property owners who have decent, safe, and sanitary rental units. Many low-income families in our area rely on owners like you, who are willing to participate in the program.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program offers eligible tenants a subsidy to assist with their monthly rent.  The Housing Authority mails subsidy payments directly to the landlord.  All units must meet HUD''s Housing Quality Standards(HQS).
